With so many waiting on the sidelines for the "Coming Real Estate Crash" we wanted to give you some FACTS. 🤔
Most are expecting foreclosures to come back as a result of the coming real estate crash, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
☝Remember that we went into this crisis with most homeowners having a great deal of equity in their properties. Since then, we have seen real estate prices rise even more.
This first round of forbearance won't expire until March or April, that's IF they don't keep extending them. Once they expire, those that still can' afford their mortgage have to start the process of foreclosure which could take another 45 to 90 days. This is also keeping in mind that they don't try a loan modification.
⚠ All said and done, we could possibly see foreclosures by July of 2021... maybe.
So, does this mean you sit on the sidelines until then??
🔑This is the time for CREATIVE real estate investing. There are many ways to buy a house. Start thinking of these creative ways or you will be on the sidelines for quite some time.
