Having been in real estate since 2011, we don’t see the need to spend the tens of thousands of dollars it will cost to do so.

We will warn you, it doesn’t matter what you decide to do, you still have to put in the work. Many people think that just because they hired a “mentor” or bought a training program they don’t have to do anything else or maybe it’ll be a lot easier. Nothing can be further from the truth.

You need REAL LIFE experience which no guru or program will ever give you.
