2nd Of The Four Houses We Picked Up In The Same Street

The Story

This continues from our previous project. As we were working on the house across the street the neighbor to this house came over to check out the work we do. I gave him my info in case he knew of anyone. A few weeks after we finished the rehab we got a call from this owner. Long story short he needed to sell ASAP and we were more than happy to comply.

This house still needed everything the other house needed but it was still livable. So we did a cosmetic rehab in order to get it rented. This way we wait a little longer for prices to rise before we sell.

Funny enough, even though all we did to this one was the floors and paint, it still comped to the house across the street!

This does not mean we refinanced for 80% and made a bigger profit because the house even though it appraised does not mean a buyer will pay that. Check out this episode for more on this.

Scope of Work:

✅ Refinished the cabinets

✅ Resurfaced the bathrooms

✅ Fresh paint inside

✅ Stick down Laminate throughout

✅ New light fixtures
